With over 30 years of experience, JTA follows strict protocols and use the latest equipment to ensure your Asbestos Clearance Inspection is conducted to the highest standards. Our licensed and independent asbestos assessors will ensure that your company complies with all current regulations.
Our Asbestos Clearance Inspection involves a visual inspection and air monitoring (where friable asbestos containing materials are removed) to determine if the area is clean and safe for return to work. If satisfied, we’ll provide a Clearance Certificate. Whilst a legal requirement, a clearance inspection also provides assurance for workers that the area is safe to occupy.
At JTA we have qualified and licensed Asbestos Assessors who have extensive experience gained on residential, commercial and industrial sites. Our experienced Occupational Hygienists can offer project management of the removal process if required and valuable asbestos management advice for the safety of both workers and the general public. JTA are experts in asbestos identification, assessment and management.
Asbestos legislation varies between Australian States and Territories. However, it is a uniform requirement to need an Asbestos Clearance Inspection after you commission licensed asbestos removal work to ensure that the area is safe for your workforce to return. A clearance inspection must include a visual inspection and may include air monitoring.
